The rules for using SpyHunt Intelligence.
Welcome to SpyHunt Intelligence, operated by Qi Zheng.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and SpyHunt Intelligence ("Company", "we", "us").
By accessing or using SpyHunt Intelligence (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
To ensure quality of service and prevent abuse, we apply a rolling 30-day limit on adding new stores.
Subscription plans include limits on the number of Active Concurrent Stores you can monitor. This limit applies regardless of the billing cycle (Monthly or Yearly). Yearly plans do not accumulate or stack store limits.
Yearly plans share the same monthly add limits, which reset every 30 days.
Indie Plan: Max 10 adds/month
Growth Plan: Max 30 adds/month
Scale Plan: Max 80 adds/month
This limit resets on a rolling 30-day basis.
References to "we", "us", and "our" mean Qi Zheng trading as SpyHunt Intelligence.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your access credentials secure.
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel anytime in your account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid term.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Refund requests should be initiated by contacting our support team at contact@spyhuntapp.com. Once approved, refunds are processed by Paddle.com.
Free trials are available for Indie and Growth monthly plans. The Scale plan and all annual plans do not include a trial period. You must cancel your trial 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your initial purchase. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the transaction date.
Legacy pricing ("Price Lock") applies only to the continuous renewal of your original subscription plan. It does not transfer if you upgrade, downgrade, change billing cycles, or re-subscribe after cancellation. Any plan change will be billed at the current prevailing price at the time of the change.
You may not abuse the Service, including attempting to bypass rate limits, scrape prohibited targets, or use the Service in violation of applicable laws or third-party terms. Automated access must respect target sites' policies and robots directives where applicable.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to monitor any stores or targets you add, including compliance with applicable laws, terms of service, and access restrictions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee data accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted operation.
Data Frequency: Product and pricing data is updated periodically according to your subscription plan (for example, every 24 hours), not in real time. We are not liable for data delays.
The Service relies on third-party platforms and publicly available data sources, including Shopify storefronts. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for changes to their layouts, access restrictions, blocking, or data availability that may affect the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. In the event of a permanent shutdown, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
We may temporarily suspend access to the Service for scheduled maintenance, security updates, or network upgrades.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
SpyHunt is an independent tool and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Shopify Inc.
Any comparative data, savings estimates, or ROI calculations presented in our marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of specific results or savings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpyHunt Intelligence is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet service provider failures, proxy network outages, hosting facility failures, or denial of service attacks.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to SpyHunt Intelligence in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or repeated violations (such as creating multiple accounts to bypass trial limits or repeated refund requests), we reserve the right to permanently ban your account, device, or IP address from accessing the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
