Indie and Growth monthly subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. The Scale plan and all annual plans are protected by our 14-day money-back guarantee.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your initial purchase. If you wish to cancel and request a refund, you must do so within 14 days of the transaction date.
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, refund abuse (such as repeated purchasing and refunding), or manipulative behavior, consistent with Paddle's Buyer Terms.
